Dry skin

The people who have a dry skin are lucky in that they are less prone to problems such as acne pimples but is more vulnerable to other problems if they are do not follow the steps skin daily care.

Dry skin is an uncomfortable condition marked by scaling, itching, and cracking. It can occur for a variety of reasons. Some people have naturally dry skin and may experience frequent symptoms. However, even the oiliest skin can get dry at times.

Skin dryness can occur on any part of the body, but it is most common on the legs, arms, and abdominal area.

For many reasons, dry skin is not a sign of a skin condition or disease, but is simply caused by:

  • Harsh soaps
  • Itchy clothing
  • Misusing moisturiser
  • Long and hot showers
  • Medications you take
  • Medical conditions such as diabetes, psoriasis, hypothyroidism, and malnutrition – can also cause severe dry skin.
  • Winter Weather
  • Moisture-Robbing Soaps
  • The Rub-Down
  • Aging
  • Irritants
  • Your Health

Dry skin that does not improve with lifestyle remedies may be a result of an underlying medical condition. Dermatitis is the medical term for extremely dry skin. The four types of dermatitis are:

  • Allergic
  • Atopic
  • Contact
  • Seborrheic

Young woman back with allergy skin problem

Allergic dermatitis occurs when your immune system reacts to a foreign substance — such as pollen, bee venom or pet dander — that doesn’t cause a reaction in most people. The immune system is an intricate system that defends the body against external invaders, such as bacteria and viruses, while also surveying for conditions such as cancer and autoimmunity. When you have allergies, your immune system makes antibodies that identify a particular allergen as harmful, even though it isn’t. When you come into contact with the allergen, your immune system’s reaction can inflame your skin. While environment plays a role in allergy development, there is a greater risk of developing allergic conditions if a person has a family history of allergy, especially in parents or siblings. The severity of allergies varies from person to person and can range from minor irritation to anaphylaxis — a potentially life-threatening emergency. While most allergies can’t be cured, a number of treatments can help relieve your allergy symptoms.

Allergy symptoms depend on the substance involved and can involve the airways, sinuses and nasal passages, skin, and digestive system. Allergic reactions can range from mild to severe. In some severe cases, allergies can trigger a life-threatening reaction known as anaphylaxis.

Allergy-producing substances are called “allergens.” Examples of allergens include pollens, dust mites, molds, animal proteins, foods, and even medications. To understand the language of allergy, it is important to remember that allergens are substances that are foreign to the body and can cause an allergic reaction in certain people. When an allergic individual comes in contact with an allergen, the immune.

If you’ve had a severe allergy attack or any signs and symptoms of anaphylaxis in the past, make an appointment to see your doctor.

WORTH THE HYPE

Since long time I am using `Benefit’s they’re Real Mascara`. This mascara –for my personal use- might be one of the very good ones I have been using over the time.

Over the years I’ve tried many mascaras and there is always one that remains my favorite and my “got-to” and for quite some time this mascara always stayed with me. Benefit’s They’re Real Mascara gives you everything you need, from super insane length, to extremely bold and thick lashes! It gives incredible volume lashes, so it is easy to see why this mascara is my favorite. It absolutely doesn’t flake, smudge, run, budging or crumbling, smear or irritate my eyes and it is incredibly long lasting- but doesn’t require you to rip your lashes out in order to remove it. All in all this is a amazing mascara and I’m sure it will be one your favorites for many years to come.

ACNE

Acne

What Is Acne?Acne, medically known as Acne Vulgaris, is a skin disease that involves the oil glands at the base of hair follicles. It commonly occurs during puberty when the sebaceous (oil) glands come to life – the glands are stimulated by male hormones, which are produced by the adrenal glands of both males and females.
The word acne comes from the word acme meaning “the highest point,” which comes from the Greek akme meaning “point” or “spot” – it was originally misspelt, with an ‘n’ rather than an ‘m’ in 1835.
In humans, pimples tend to appear on the face, back, chest, shoulders and neck.Simply put – skin cells, sebum and hair can clump together into a plug, this plug gets infected with bacteria, resulting in a swelling. A pimple starts to develop when the plug begins to break down.
Acne isn’t just problem for teens in puberty. Adults can get or have it as well. There is a lot of girls cant leave the house without make up to hide it. They think there is no way to get rid of it cause there are steps you can take to turn your skin around at any age.
There are many reasons you can break out as an adult:

Menstrual cycle
Anxiety and stress
Hot and humid climates
Oil based makeups
Greasy hair
Squeezing the pimples
changes in your hormone levels
Some medications, including lithium, antiseizure drugs, and corticosteroids .
Pressure
Cosmetics

Your dermatologist can help you figure out why your acne is happening. In some cases, it may be related to another condition.

Daily Skin Care:

Wash your face about twice each day. Do not wash it more often. Use a mild soap made for people with acne, and warm water.
Don’t try to burst the pimples cause Popping pimples makes scarring more likely.
Try to refrain from touching your face with your hands.
Keep your hands clean, wash them regularly.
Always wash your hands before touching your face and before applying lotions, creams or makeup.
If you are wearing Glasses they should regularly be cleaned. Glasses always collect sebum and skin residue.
Your skin needs to breathe. If your acne is on your back, shoulders or chest try to wear clothes your skin can breath. Tight garments, such as headbands, caps and scarves should be avoided – if you have to wear them make sure they are cleaned regularly.
Don’t go to sleep with makeup on. But if you want you should use makeup which does not contain oil and does not clog up the pores, if you cant find it – ask the pharmacist or shopkeeper of the drugstore.
(Only use makeup that is noncomedogenic or nonacnegenic) – you should be able to read this on the label.
As you know Hair collects sebum and skin residue you should to keep your hair clean and away from your face.
Too much sun can make your skin to produce more sebum. Acne medications make it more likely as a sunburn.
If you shave your face, do it carefully. Use either an electric shaver or safety razor. Before using a safety razor make sure the blade is sharp – then soften your skin and beard with warm soapy water before applying the shaving cream.

The majority of people who get acne will develop mild acne. This can usually be treated with OTC (over-the-counter) medications. OTC medications can be bought at any pharmacy without a doctor’s prescription. They are usually applied to the skin as topical medicines.
Over-the-Counter Creams and Lotions. Retinoid creams or lotions can help clear your skin and also lessen wrinkles.

Here some Products which can be good for the occasional spot treatment:

Resorcinol
Benzoyl Peroxide
Salicylic Acid
Sulfur
Retin-A
Azelaic Acid

Blow-Dry in the right way

Hello everybody today ill write my first post about How to dry any kind of hair in the right way…
We all do know the Problems of dry-blow our hair. We all do wonder how some people around us have a look as if they just came right away from the hairdresser but in real they just fall out of their bed. The secret is not hidden in the haircut these people do have or the hair- style finishing products they use – No – in most cases it is simply hidden in the way we blow- dry our hair. Doesn’t matter if curly, long or short. I will give you a short introduction how to blow- dry your hair in the right way that you never gonna face again a bad- hair day. Just consider you don’t have the wrong hair.
First of all I just would like to give some general short tips how to blow dry any style in general.
Short Hair
Never dry the hair to 100 % with a towel – better gently squeeze the towel. Then swirl with a hair dryer lukewarm by the hair until they are about 80 percent dry. Keep your hair a bit wet – up to 20 % -so you can style it in the best way
To bring the hair in style from now – use a big flat vent brush while blow-drying. If you need a round brush, then take one with thermal protection (available in every drugstore or for more money at the hairdresser). The cooling phase after blow-drying is very important. Only when the hair has cooled, it should be shaken or combed in the final look.
Semi-Long Hair
Half-length hair should be pressed dry in a gently way. Don’t rub! In order to bring semi-long hair in shape, you need a mousse. Use not more mousse than the size of a tennis ball and knead in the hair. Please start with the scalp and then go from the scalp to the tips. Blow dry your hairs easily from down and always observe the minimum distance of 30 cm, until they are only a little damp. Now blow dry with a thick round brush in the finishing style.
Long Hair
Long hair – and I know what I am talking about – is the most care-intense hair. The best thing to do and I highly recommend is to use a Leave-in-Conditioner after washing the hair. The Leave-in-Conditioner will protect the hair against Heat from blow-drying. After this knead the hair dry with a really dry towel. When your hair is towel-dry – comb it with a big crude brush.

Blow-dry the hair until it is almost dry and drag the tips carefully with a brush. Some Shine spray for finishing and you’re done!
Curly hair – thick Hair
Curly hair in general needs (same like thick hair) a care that is specifically adapted to curly hair. Please press the hair with a towel until it is almost dry and don’t rub it dry after washing, Use the hairdryer in a lukewarm modus and carefully blow dry it until it is almost dry. Then knead in a hair mousse for curly hair and blow-dry it dry with a diffuser attachment. Then knead some hair cream for more shine and ready is the dream.

After this short introduction of blow-drying it is the big question of which hairdryer I should use – Now I want to show you guys the best blow dryer I’ve ever used , it works beautifully , its not heavy and its very strong dries my hair quickly …

With all my dryers I have been trying and using over the time I spent across 25-35 minutes for just drying my hair. The most popular problem all we know is the heavy weight most of hairdryer have – keeping it for more than 20 minutes just to dry our hair is not just a headache for the arms – it is actual a headache in the daily time pressure we all do face.
Another problem I was facing with most hairdryers I have been using over the time – they make hair not just dry –no – they do burn the hair and it goes dry from inside and it breaks …

Yeah the Parlux hairdryer is expensive but very good, it took me a while to justify spending so much money on a hairdryer but so far it has been worth it.
I had wasted so much money over the years buying cheap hair dryer and I was tired of spending 30 minutes drying my hair, this hairdryer cut my time to 10 minutes which is really very helpfully when I’m getting ready for work… It’s really awesome.

Okay, I really love all makeup, but I seriously understand the importance of flushed cheeks!
I fell in love with this blusher. For starters it is the prettiest rose I have ever seen! It’s kind of a baby, so this blush can go light or build it up – but even a little can go a long way, and it’s stunning! It’s one of those blushers that look good on anyone and can be worn heavy or light to give you a rose flush. It Looks like a natural blush after being out of the sun as some of my deeper coloured blushers but don’t be afraid of this blush if you are medium toned or lighter overall – fair to good may need to reapply when going from day to night. Though I `am not sure how it would hold up for someone with more oily skin (I’m mostly oily at t-zone). But I love how it is!
I am deeply sure it will work with pretty much any makeup look, so I love it! Its beautiful on the skin, and lasts really well!
I appreciate this blush for it`s pretty Color -rosy-light bronze with some shimmer –really looks great!
